Packed with suits clutching Blackberries and downing imported beers, this doesn't exactly inspire confidence, but the menu - and the food when it arrives - shows you can't judge a book by its Armani cover. There are no microscopic sushi bites here; instead we've got sizeable serves of tasty food that's a cut above the rest. From the honey soy chicken wings through variations on pubs classics such as the CBD burger and veal and pork sausages with red coleslaw, everything surprises. One of the few places in the city that has an actual ploughman's lunch, even though the closest actual ploughman is about three hours west.
