The Di Stefano family has put a lot into this specialty coffee outlet (along with a $1.2m custom-made coffee roaster) in order to 'educate and excite'. Not only is there a fill-service coffee bar, but also barista classes, coffee-making equipment for sale, and a delicatessen, pizzeria, restaurant and gelataria that combined will send you into a frenzy of indecision (the menu is the size of a small book). The Maestro house-blend translates into a good piccolo ($3.50) but gets a little lost in a tall glass of caffe latte. Better to do a double rizzy, as the 'barista's choice' suggests.
