A subtle, stylish cabernet from the estate that began the Yarra Valley renaissance in the '60s. Leafy blackcurrant, cedar, mint and chocolate notes meet the nose. It's medium bodied and fresh tasting, with lovely mid-palate softness. (Diam cork; 13.5 per cent alcohol.)
