|WINERY||Bird In Hand|
This has a complex bouquet with spicy, toasty oak and creamy yeast lees aromas. The palate is delicate - with understated fruit flavours that persist - elegant and linear. Good now, but the oak is evident and it promises more if cellared a year or two.
Aging: Drink now to 2020. 13 per cent alcohol.
