Inspired by the Bourgogne Passetoutgrains of France (hence the name "PTG"), this unusual Mornington Peninsula blend of the Beaujolais grape gamay with pinot noir is a deliciously gulpable, early drinking light red. Plum, strawberry, earthiness and spice provide an attractively juicy, forward nose. In the mouth it's light and succulent but with more intensity and structure than many straight gamays provide. Could be served cool, but not icy cold. (Screw cap; 13 per cent alcohol.)
