Made from shiraz, pinot noir and cabernet franc grown at Orange in New South Wales, this pale pink wine has a perfumed nose of strawberries, herbs and undergrowth. It's supple and succulent with very dry flavour and a slightly firm finish. (Screw cap; 12 per cent alcohol.)
