Oh dear Sydney, it's happening again. In-N-Out Burgers' pop-up is back on right now. Remember last year, when people started queuing from 6am, to get their hands on one of the 300 burgers on offer at he Surry Hills pop-up? The pop-up officially opened at noon; the burger allocation exhausted by 11:30am.

Today's pop-up took us by surprise, but there's already queues snaking around the block at Lil Darlin' in Darlinghurst.

Lil Darlin' venue manager Francesco Torrelli confirmed that the pop-up will run until 4pm today, but wasn't sure if they'd have more than 300 burgers to hand.

"They are just churning them out, it's so busy," Torrelli said. "The line is already all the way up the street; we've been taking out water to everyone, it's just so hot."

Burger fans who brave the 36 degree heat will be rewarded with a choice of three burgers on offer - the double double, hamburger or cheese burger - all served with potato chips and a drink.
