After a short drive from Surry Hills to the city, the relocated Bentley opens its doors today at the Radisson Blu Hotel, on the corner of Pitt and Hunter Streets in the CBD.
Co-owners Nick Hildebrandt and BrentSavage drafted Pascale Gomes-McNabb to create a dining room in her signature style – a look showcased at the former Claude’s, Monopole and Melbourne’s Cutler & Co.
The opening menu includes quail and smoked celery with white soy dressing and Moreton Bay bugs, smoked sweetcorn and shellfishbroth.
