Christine Manfield is back for what's becoming an annual ritual in Canberra. She will take over hatted Braddon restaurant eightysix in early December with a festival of Latin American food and salsa beats. The former restaurateur, travel writer and food judge will be the resident chef at eightysix from November 29th, to December 3rd.
