Ferran Adria talks El Bulli at Sydney and Brisbane events

Undoubtedly the most famous name in today's food world, the name behind Spain's landmark El Bulli restaurant will be in Australia for a short, exclusive tour in early April.

In partnership with Phaidon Press and Good Food, Ferran Adria presents El Bulli: 2005-2011 - the Definitive Anthology of El Bulli's Final Years. The superb seven-volume set is a collector's item for chefs, travellers and serious food-lovers everywhere.

Sydney event
Adria will be the guest star at a small, private reception in Sydney on Monday, April 7, hosted by his long-time friend and peer, Tetsuya Wakuda. Limited tickets are available for this extraordinary evening - which includes the full El Bulli: 2005-2011 set as well as drinks and canapes by Tetsuya and an opportunity to hear Adria speak about his work and vision for the future of food. Tickets: $750.

Brisbane event
Adria will also present his work, philosophy and vision at a one-off speaking event at Brisbane's Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) on Tuesday April 8. Tickets: $45.

This includes insights into El Bulli: 2005-2011 which will be available for sale following the presentation (Phaidon, $750)
