Belles Hot Chicken After Party

Everything you've ever heard about the late-night fried chicken parties at Belles is true. Join Morgan "put it on a biscuit" McGlone for a feast of five family-style fried chicken dishes, including Chongqing chicken wings inspired by Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles and even a Chick-fil-A American-style biscuit stuffed with fried chicken. Not to mention the legendary fried chicken from Belles.

Legendary wines with one of Sydney's most legendary chefs? Count us in. Bathers' Pavilion chef Serge Dansereau travels back in time to recreate some of his most famous dishes matched to museum vintage Yalumba wine, straight from the vault. See what made Bathers' Pavilion and Yalumba legendary in the '80s and '90s at this one night special event.

Spring Social

Sydney, you've never picnicked like this before, and you're never going back. A unique picnic catered by the best in the game. Renowned chef and restaurateur Matt Moran hosts a Chiswick pop-up, the boys behind Three Blue Ducks are bringing a hand-made barbecue that literally weighs half a tonne, and dessert wizards Alistair Wise and Andy Bowdy are on hand to sweeten things up. Dress code optional, but why fight it?

Kensington Street restaurants Bar Chinois, Mekong, Lower Mekong, Bistrot Gavroche, Spice Alley @ Spice House, KYO-TO, and KOI Dessert Bar will be transformed into a roving feast. Forty of Australia's most exciting artists have created works to explore the complex connotations of the Seven Deadly Sins, as they relate to food through the medium of painting. A percentage of the proceeds of the exhibition will be donated to OzHarvest.
