Efendy chef Somer Sivrioglu and Hayssam Bejjani from Sami's Kitchen will barbecue za'atar-rubbed lamb for the breakfast crowd at The Sydney Morning Herald Growers' Market, which opens for business for this year on Saturday (February 2, 7-11am).
Chef, cookbook author and television personality Matt Moran will choose produce from the market and cook with it in two demonstrations on the Market Chef stage. See him in action at 8.30am and 10am.
Stalls include on-trend craft brews from the Bilpin Cider Company.
