James Ingram joins Merivale Group

Justin Hemmes has been slowly snapping up a roll-call of toqued Sydney chefs. Now he's moved onto restaurateurs. James Ingram, who had a hit with The International and a miss with the flatlining Kirketon Dining Room, is joining Merivale as its group general manager, food and beverage. Ingram has had a fruitful segue in recent years into hospitality consultancy and management.
