Maurice Terzini's expansion into Bali includes a restaurant as well as a pizzeria in a shipping container, but he has focused his gaze elsewhere for expansion of his flagship Icebergs brand.

"We've got a big following in LA, particularly in the film and arts world, and we want to explore it," Terzini says.

To that end he's flying the Icebergs senior crew over for a one-night stand at the ultra-cool E.P&L.P on September 24.

"It'll be Icebergs Los Angeles for one day. We'll even do Icebergs Sunset on its rooftop. I'd love to do a longer stint, and I'll look at sites over there, I'm always looking," he adds.
