New look for Four in Hand

In 1982, the Four in Hand's kitchen featured in the film clip for the Cold Chisel song Forever Now.

''It hasn't changed since then,'' says head chef Colin Fassnidge, so he is closing the twin-toqued restaurant from February 17 for six weeks for a makeover.

The precinct is set to become Paddington's French quarter, with Guillaume Brahimi opening his new restaurant about Easter around the corner in the former Darcy's.
