Maurice Terzini doesn't do things by halves. To celebrate a decade of the iconic Icebergs Dining Room and Bar he is hosting a series of 10 black-tie dinners featuring some of the world's and Australia's finest chefs. David Chang, David Thompson, Neil Perry and Karen Martini - who was Icebergs' first head chef - will take starring roles in the kitchen, along with Melbourne's multi-hatted Andrew McConnell and Shannon Bennett from Vue de Monde (The Age Good Food Guide's Restaurant of the Year).

In partnership with Vittoria Coffee and Good Food, the Icebergs dinner series will also feature live entertainment ranging from jazz to opera, and everyone will take home a designer commemorative plate.

“All the chefs have been a part of the Icebergs in some way over the years so it seemed like a really good idea to do the '10 chefs, 10 dinners' idea,” Terzini says. “It will be a real night out, not just dinner.”

Each dinner will cost from $150-$300 per person, plus drinks. To book, phone Icebergs on (02) 9365 9000.
