Though open just six months a year, Spain’s elBulli restaurant received an estimated 2 million reservation requests annually – only 8000 of which were accepted.
The restaurant closed in 2011 after changing the way we cook and eat the world over.
Ferran Adria was the restaurant’s chef and creative mastermind, named the world’s best chef five times.
He is currently in Australia launching Good Food Month and promoting his latest book series. He was in the chair at goodfood.com.au for an hour today answering reader questions. Check out the comments section below for his responses.
