Regatta under new management

Just weeks after the departure of the Barge brothers from Rose Bay start-up Regatta (which has taken up residence in the former site of Pier restaurant), Peter Nield has taken the tiller at Regatta, signing on as general manager.

Neild, a fixture of the Sydney restaurant scene, managed the Bayswater Brasserie as well as the Woollahra Hotel, most recently working for chef Luke Mangan on his Mojo restaurant start-up.
