Parramatta continues to reel in some big fish. With the Speakeasy Group confirming it will open a bar next year in a high-rise and Neil Perry scoping Parramatta for a branch of Spice Temple, brother and sister team Ray and Serena Ang have disclosed they'll open Zushi in the western Sydney hub.

"We've signed a heads of agreement," Ray Ang tells Good Food. "We're going into the same development as Salt Meats Cheese and Chinta Ria."

The duo, who last week swung open the doors at the new Koichi Takada designed Zushi at Barangaroo (pictured), says there's a good reason why they chose Parramatta for their next launch.

"We have a lot of Zushi fans out west," Ang says.
