Pork and noodle stir fry.
Quick and flavour-packed ... Pork and noodle stir-fry.

Your guide to quick after-work dinners and weekend feasts to cook for family and friends.

There's no denying it, the mercury is starting to drop. But it's a bit too soon to go overly hearty, so keep the casseroles and braises on stand-by for next month, and pop these autumnal dishes on your list for this week.

There's a chicken and sweetcorn soup for those days when you have to get dinner on the table in a hurry, a baked frittata and a slow-baked lamb dish from Karen Martini for the weekend. Marinated overnight in garam masala and then baked for four and half hours, mouths will definitely be watering as dinner hits the table.
