In-season tomato and basil shine in the meal planner this week.

On Monday, let them take a starring role in a simple pasta. Then on the weekend pair them with steak in this Jill Dupleix recipe (pictured, right) of grilled beef rolls stuffed with garlicky, lemony breadcrumbs. They're served with a tomato, red wine and basil sugo.

The planner doesn't forget the sweet tooth either. Panama passionfruit provides both the flavour and the vessel for a Saturday night dessert. And on Sunday, why not indulge with some Italian potato doughnuts topped with lemon icing? A little bit naughty, sure, but potato is a vegetable, right?!
