Stock up on the feta, this week's meal planner has a heavy Greek influence - think chicken souvas, slow-cooked lamb, pumpkin and feta pie and sticky lemon yoghurt cake.

Put aside some pepitas from Monday's bean stew, they feature in Stephanie Alexander's dark choc chunk cookies later.

Midweek meals feature fuss-free family favourites, like chicken and black bean stir-fry and carrot-stuffed meatballs.

If time allows, make your own pita for Friday's souvlaki - and save some to mop up dip during Saturday night's Greek feast. You can use store bought but Caroline Velik insists that once you've made your own, you won't look back.
