Our meal suggestions this week are bookended by two simple yet delicious dishes.
Frank Camorra's mushroom risotto will give a creamy result, without the sore arm. It's perfect for a Monday night dinner. He writes: "The risotto is a bit different from most others as you don't stand there stirring and adding ladles of stock. Once you have your rice and aromats in the pot, you add most of the warm stock, put a lid on and simmer."
Then Luke Mangan's soba noodle and prawn dish, which can be on the table in less than half an hour. Just be careful with quantities for this one. The recipe is designed as a generous entree for four, so adjust accordingly.
