Whether you're jumping on the Meat Free Week bandwagon or just looking to cut down on meat, here's a handy guide to get you through the week.

Neil Perry's spaghetti with pangrattato, garlic and olive oil is flavour-packed, easy to make and one of our most popular vegetarian recipes. 

Spice is a vegetarian's best friend. Tuesday's Mexican dish features cayenne pepper, cumin and chilli salsa while Thursday's tamarind curry has a generous pinch of garam masala; serve it with steamed rice.

And because life is no fun without dessert, throw in some salted caramel banana fritters (Friday) and Frank Camorra's chocolatey panna cotta to wind up the week.
