2 tbsp butter.
4 apples, cored and cut into thin wedges.
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds.
Honey for drizzling.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the apple and lightly brown. Turn the heat down and cook gently until just soft.
Remove from the heat, add the sesame seeds and toss together.
Serve warm with ice-cream and drizzle with honey.
