Ingredients

  • 8 ripe bananas

Method

  1. Peel 8 firm ripe bananas, wrap in cling film and freeze overnight. Soften for 20 minutes, then roughly chop and whiz until thick and creamy. Eat immediately or refreeze, in which case soften for 20 minutes before slicing or scooping.
