Berry yoghurt fool
500g mixed berries
100g icing sugar
150g whipping cream
100g thick natural yoghurt
Crush mixed berries with icing sugar. Beat whipping cream until softly peaky, fold in thick natural yoghurt and swirl in most of the berries.
Divide between 6 glasses and chill.
To serve
Serve with remaining berries and sweet wafer biscuits or amaretti.
