Bake some carrots and create a healthy alternative to chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 large carrots, peeled

  • 1½ tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp sea salt

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

    Cut the carrots length ways into thirds and brush with olive oil and place on the baking tray.

    Place in the pre-heated oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until crispy around the edges.

    Leave to cool and sprinkle with sea salt and serve with guacamole.
