New and unusual ways to eat fruit will always appeal to a curious toddler, so these fruit kebabs should be a hit!
140 g (5 oz) fresh pineapple ½ mango
80 g (2¾ oz) fresh seedless watermelon
100 g (3½ oz) fresh rockmelon or any orange-fleshed melon
4 iceblock (popsicle/ice lolly) sticks
Remove the skin from all the fruit and cut each type into four cubes. Thread onto the iceblock sticks and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen. To serve, remove from the freezer 10 minutes before eating to allow them to soften slightly.
