- 4 large navel oranges (reserve zested peel from 1 orange)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6-8 strawberries, hulled and halved
- 4 tbsp Grand Marnier
- Chocolate ice-cream, to serve
Cut tops and bottoms from oranges, then cut away the peel and pith from sides. Cut oranges horizontally into three thick slices and brush slices lightly with olive oil. Heat a char-grill over medium-high heat, then grill oranges for about 30 seconds each side or until warm and just marked. To serve, place orange slices and strawberries in serving bowls, scatter with strips of orange zest and drizzle with Grand Marnier.
Serve with scoops of chocolate ice-cream.
