Ingredients

  • 30ml Aviation gin
  • 1 scoop passionfruit sorbet
  • 2 hibiscus flowers
  • 15ml hibiscus syrup
  • Chandon vintage brut
  • sparkling wine

Method

Hard stir (mojito-style) with crushed ice in a tall

pilsner glass. Garnish with fl owers.
