Avoid the fat and sugar found in many commercial muesli bars and make your own.
3 cups (350g) natural muesli
1/2 cup (50g) LSA (linseeds, sunflower seeds, almonds)
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
60ml olive oil
60ml honey
Preheat oven to 160C. Combine ingredients in a bowl until mixed through. Spoon into a baking tin lined with baking paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Cool then cut into 16 pieces.
