For added nutrional benefits try adding avacado to your kids smoothie.
1/4 avocado
1/2 banana
1 and 1/2 cups milk
2 heaped tablespoons of full cream yoghurt
Cut avocado in half, scoop out one half and cut into two chunks before placing in a blender.
Peel banana, break in half and add to blender.
Pour the milk into blender and add two heaped tablespoons of full cream yoghurt.
Put a lid on blender and blend until all of the ingredients are combined, with no lumpy bits.
Pour into cups to serve to your little monsters!
