Have your say
- Rabbit moulds, lightly oiled
- 85g packet jelly crystals
- 2 tsp powdered gelatine
- 190ml hot water
- 190ml cold water
Spray moulds lightly with cooking oil to make the jellies easier to remove when set.
Combine jelly crystals and gelatine powder in a medium bowl. Carefully add hot water and stir with a fork until crystals dissolve. Add cold water and stir well. Pour mixture into a jug. Carefully pour mixture into oiled rabbit moulds and place on a plate. Refrigerate for four hours or until set. Carefully run a warm dry knife around the edge of each rabbit and gently ease the mixture away from the sides of the mould with your fingertips. Unmould jelly onto a plate.
Makes four large (125ml) rabbits or 10 baby (25ml) bunnies.
