Murdoch Recipe Article Lead - narrow

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Calvados
  • 15 ml amaretto
  • 60 ml guava juice
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • lime wedge, to garnish

Method

1. Pour the Calvados, amaretto, guava juice, lime juice and sugar syrup into a blender. Add the ice and blend until it has the consistency of shaved ice. Pour into a large, chilled martini glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
