Anyone who has been to New York will have probably endured the all-you-can-drink mimosas served at weekend brunches.

Ingredients

  • 10 ml Grand Marnier
  • 20ml fresh orange juice
  • Champagne or sparkling wine

Method

Pour the juice and Grand Marnier into a champagne glass. Top with champagne.
