1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
3 tablespoons tahini
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable stock or water
3 drops Tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons paprika relish
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Makes a delicious sandwich spread or serve as a dip with toasted Turkish bread and roasted vegetables.
