Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas

  • 3 tablespoons tahini

  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable stock or water

  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce

  • 2 teaspoons paprika relish

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Makes a delicious sandwich spread or serve as a dip with toasted Turkish bread and roasted vegetables.
