This is a version of my favourite cocktail, except I have to add dark rum because I'm so in love with it.

Ingredients

  • 60ml raw sugar syrup

  • 30ml Mount Gay or dark Havana rum

  • 30ml gin

  • 10 mint leaves, torn

  • 1 cup crushed ice

  • 2 lime quarters

  • juice of half a lime

Method

  1. Shake and pour.

    Glass highball.
