250g dark chocolate (chopped)
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
200ml pouring cream (lightly whipped)
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 x 150ml dishes
1 punnet blueberries
1 punnet raspberries
1 punnet strawberries (halved)
Melt 250g dark chocolate (chopped) in a bowl over a pot of simmering water (or in the microwave), then remove from heat and stir in 2 eggs (lightly beaten).
Add 200ml pouring cream (lightly whipped) and 2 tsp vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
Divide mixture evenly between 4 x 150ml dishes and refrigerate until firm.
Combine 1 punnet blueberries, 1 punnet raspberries and 1 punnet strawberries (halved) in a medium bowl.
To serve, divide berries between plates, sprinkle with icing sugar and accompany with mousse pots.
