Ingredients

  • soy sauce

  • sesame oil

  • 1 doz. oysters

  • spring onions

Method

  1. Drizzle a touch of soy and sesame oil on a dozen oysters in the shell and steam for 3 minutes until plump and juicy.

    Scatter with spring onions and serve as an appetiser.
