Stress-buster smoothie

Blueberries are great brain food.

Ingredients

  • 150g blueberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 200ml low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Ice to blend

Method

Whiz all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
