100g raspberries
750ml sweet dessert wine
a dash of Cointreau or berry liqueur
extra raspberries and bamboo skewers, to serve
Whiz 100g raspberries to a puree and push through a fine sieve with the back of a wooden spoon.
Add the puree to 750ml sweet dessert wine, adding a dash of Cointreau or berry liqueur to sweeten
to taste.
Serve well-chilled or with loads of ice, with swizzle sticks of raspberries threaded into
bamboo skewers.
