Ingredients

  • 1 baguette

  • 180g tinned tuna

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper

  • ½ lemon squeezed

  • 6 slices good-quality prosciutto

Method

  1. Cut baguette into six one-centimetre-thick slices. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and lemon juice together in a bowl.

    Spoon on to baguette and place a slice of prosciutto over tuna.
