Ingo Meissner's chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients:
240g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
140g brown sugar
100g castor sugar
200g chocolate
170g butter
60g eggs (1 large egg)
Method:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs then combine mixture.
Add dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
Bake at 160C for 10 minutes.
Serve with a chilled glass of milk.
