Lerida Estate holds a wine dinner at Pistachio at the Torres shops on Friday. Chef and owner David Keeley is serving a menu including scallops with shredded duck; glazed pork belly with coriander; duck risotto with Jerusalem artichokes; and vanilla tart. The dinner is focused on Lerida’s pinot production at Lake George – two rosés, a pinot grigio, its pinot noirs, a botrytis pinot gris, and a mystery wine. Lerida owners Jim Lumbers and Anne Caine host the dinner. August 23, $99, 6286 2966. Pistachio was the subject of our review last week.
