Lester and Adrienne Jesberg hold their final wine course for the year starting September 23. The courses, which the pair has been running for 30 years, cover about 70 wines.
The course covers palate structure – how to recognise acids and tannins, the effect of oak maturation, wine faults, the significant grape varieties, cellaring and serving, and fortifieds and sparklings.
