Chef Ben Willis is preparing a five-course degustation to match the McKellar Ridge 2013 riesling, Taemas 2009 pinot noir, Taemas 2009 merlot, McKellar Ridge 2010 Trio (a cabernet blend) and McKellar Ridge 2013 sauvignon blanc.
