Christoph Zierholz of the eponymous microbrewery has launched a new beer. It’s a seasonal strong golden ale, which he first dreamed up and brewed a decade ago. The brewery announced the new beer last week, saying Zierholz won a local homebrewer’s competition with the recipe and the beer was eventually produced at the Wig and Pen. It’s available at Zierholz in Fyshwick and at the University of Canberra in Bruce.
