2011 Domaine Rogha Crois Pinot Gris
There are many interpretations of pinot gris, and I love the crisp low-alcohol raciness of this one. The intense spicy aromas suggest gardenia. There's a hint of muscat fruit about it. It's light and lively, mouth-wateringly fresh and penetrating on the palate, with good acidity and loads of charm. 11.8 per cent alcohol.
Food: Nicoise salad.
