You get to try four whiskies from four different regions, suitably matched with four dishes from the kitchen. It’s billed as a way to learn the ‘‘essentials of Scotland’s spirit’’. Sounds like a good way to spend a weekday evening with friends. The lessons are held on the last Tuesday of every month.
